Well here ya go, concept art of Count Dastardly, the Villain du Jour from Henching Issue 2!
I know it doesn't look like those other concept art full of retries and sketches that blacken the page, but ProtoClown pretty much likes all the first tries at characters, the only exception being Annihilypse who took 3 different heads before settling on a final design.
Count Dastardly is an old-school 20's villain who speaks in black, ornamental cue cards.
Yes, he is fully colored here.
